For years I watched founders struggle with the same problem I had: too many tools, no system, and no way to know if they were even working on the right things.

When ChatGPT launched custom GPTs I built an army of them — one for every part of the business I was trying to start. It worked until it didn't. There was no memory, no continuity, no understanding of where I actually was in the journey.

After helping Amazon build Ring from zero to scale, Fanatics build Fanatics Collect from zero to scale, and Meta create AI experiences for the Ray-Ban glasses and the Meta AI app, I started to see the patterns. The frameworks that consistently worked. The ones that looked good on paper but broke under pressure.

At Meta I saw something else up close: what happens when you move fast without the right foundation. At that scale, speed is a feature — but it comes with a cost most founders can't afford to pay later. Technical debt, security gaps, systems that work until they don't. The bill always comes due.

I started asking: what if you could take everything that actually works and give every founder access to it — not as a course or a consultant, but as an intelligent system that grows with you?
